中学教育城乡差别对教育水平及地位获得影响的实证研究——基于中国劳动力动态调查(2012)的数据分析

摘要 教育是影响个人社会经济地位获得的重要因素,而中国的城乡二元体制导致城市与农村的教育水平差异巨大。论文基于中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS2012)数据,考察了中学教育的城乡差别对地位获得的影响。研究发现,初中教育的城乡差别影响教育程度,而高中教育的城乡差别既影响教育程度,又影响个人的社会地位。这表明,在城市中学就读的人比在农村中学就读的人更有可能获得更高的教育水平和社会经济地位。中国城乡二元分割体制下的教育不公平对个人的职业发展及社会地位产生着深刻影响。 Education is an important factor in the socio-economic status,while China’s urban-rural dualism leads to huge education differences between urban and rural areas.Based on China Labor-force Dynamics Survey(CLDS2012)data,the article examines the impact of education on social status differences between urban and rural areas.Study found that the difference between urban and rural areas in junior middle school education effect the education level,while the rural-urban disparities of senior high school education impact both education level and individual social status.This shows that students were more likely to achieve higher levels of education and socio-economic status in urban secondary schools than that in rural areas.The education inequity under urban and rural segmentation system produced a profound impact on personal career development and social status.
