摘要
中国传统文化是中国软实力不可或缺的一部分,传统文化的发扬光大需要教育部门正确发挥其职能,通过教育部门已公布的政策可以对当前中国传统文化教育现状进行总结。通过对近二十年已公开的教育部相关政策进行本文分析,基于间断均衡理论框架对中国传统文化教育政策的变迁进行梳理。在此基础上,对间断均衡理论框架进行了本土化的修订,并通过定量分析切实提出建议,并预测未来中国传统文化教育政策的趋势。本文通过结合定性与定量研究方法,对中国传统文化教育政策变迁的进程进行了追溯和探索,整理政策演进的逻辑并将其纳入中国情境下的间断均衡理论框架,希望能对中国政策的理论和实践有所启示。
Chinese traditional culture is an indispensable part of China’s soft power. To carry forward the traditional culture, the Ministry of Education should play its role correctly. The current situation of Chinese traditional culture education can be summarized through the policies announced by the education department. Based on the analysis of the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education which have been published in the past 20 years, this paper sorts out the changes of the educational policies of Chinese traditional culture based on the punctuated equilibrium theory framework. In doing so, the theory framework of punctuated equilibrium has been revised locally, and suggestions have been put forward through quantitative analysis, and the trend of the education policy of Chinese traditional culture has been predicted.
