中间锦鸡儿根异黄酮的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of the Isoflavones in the Root of Caragana intermedia Kuang

自中间锦鸡儿根中分离出三个化合物,根抿理化性质、光谱分析分别鉴定7-羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮(Ⅰ,芒柄花素)、7-羟基-3′,4′-亚甲二氧基异黄酮(Ⅱ,ψ-赝靛素)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)。其中(Ⅱ)在本属植物中为首次发现。

Three crystalline compounds were isolated from the root of Caragana intermedia (Leguminosae). On the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis they were identified as 7-hydroxy-4'-methoxyisoflavone (Ⅰ, formononetin), 7-hydroxy-3',4'-methylenedioxyisoflavone (Ⅱ, ψ-baptigenin) and β-sitosterol respectively. Compound (Ⅱ) was found in this genus for the first time.
