摘要
本文采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了粉防己药材及茎、叶中生物碱的主要活性成分。结果较准确,且操作简便,方法可行。尚分析了来源不同主产区的样品。
This paper deals with the quality control of the main active alkaloid principles in the crude drug, stem and leaf of Stephania tetrandra, by dual-wevelength TLC densitometric assay. The precision of the method is described. Results of recovery are satisfactory. The method has been applied to the analysis of various samples, including those from different parts of the plant. The procedure is simple, convenient and rapid and the results are stable and reproducible.
