消栓再造丸的药理作用

An Investigation on Pharmacological Effect of Xiaoshuan Zaizao Wan

实验结果表明,连续口服消栓再造丸可使高血脂模型动物的血清总脂、血清总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯含量明显降低;对家兔实验性动脉粥样硬化形成及体外血栓形成均有明显的抑制作用。

The effect of the new medicine Xiaoshuan Zaizao Wan in reducing blood-lipid and anti-thrombus formation has been preliminarily investigated. It has been found that the medicine po. obviously decreases the serum lipid, serum cholosterin and serum triglyceride of hyperlipemia animals. The medicine has obvious inhibitory effect on the formation of experimental atherosclerosis and external thrombus of rabbits.
