图书馆业发展中的人本理念是现代高校图书馆业的一个新趋势。高校图书馆业所面临的一个重 大问题就是人本问题。人本问题首先体现在服务意识上,它应该按照读者的需要来提供服务;其次还体现在管 理意识上,它要求管理者关心爱护馆员。只有这样,高校图书馆才能在未来激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。

Humanism theory is a new trend in the development of modern library in schools of higher educa-tion, and humanism is an important question confronting them. humanism first embodies in the awareness of ser-vice which should be provided according to the needs of the readers, and is secondly reflected in management which requires administers to care for librarians. Only in this way modern libraries in college and university stand in the future competition.
