从“待救”走向“自救”——法治建设中个体角色的重新定位

现代中国正经历着由“人治”向“法治”的转变,而尴尬的现实处境使人们认识到,法治的实现更多地依赖于民众的观念支持,尤其是个体公民在法治建设中对自身角色的正确定位。“待救”是传统文化积淀的思维定式,而“自救”是商品经济发展以及多元化法治社会的需求。实现“待救”向“自救”的转变是社会发展的必然趋势,也需要我们创造积极的政治、经济、文化条件予以支持。

China is undergoing the process from 'rule of man' to 'rule of law'. The embarrassing situation makes people know that the realization of 'ruleof law' depends on people's support, 'waiting for help' is the form resulting from the deposition of traditional culture, while 'helping oneself' meets the need of our pluralistic society. From 'rule of man' to 'rule of law' is the tendency of social development.
