基于DSP控制的变极性TIG逆变焊接电源的研制

提出了一种基于DSP的变极性TIG逆变焊接电源。讨论了用DSP芯片控制焊接电源的硬件设计和软件设计,重点介绍了基于DSP的触发电路和保护电路的设计。实验证明该电源工作稳定可靠,较好地满足了工艺性能。

A variable polarity TIG inverter welding machine based on Digital Signal Processor(DSP)is introduced in this paper.It discusses the DSP hardware design and software program,especially for the trigger and protector circuit base on DSP.The experiment proves this system based on DSP can work in stabilization and meet the requirement of the TIG welding process.
