摘要
介绍了ISP-PLD的原理、特点以及开发方法和步骤。ISP-PLD是20世纪80年代末发展起来的新型器件,其逻辑功能可在线进行修改或重构,在电子领域中引入了“软硬件”这个全新的概念,为数字电路的设计建立了新平台。研制了以ISP-PLD为控制核心的晶闸管中频电源。中频电源是金属熔炼、锻压透热、表面热处理和材料焊接的重要加热手段,晶闸管中频电源具有体积小、质量轻、效率高、噪声小、操作简单、维护方便等优点,已成为中频电源的主流。ISP-PLD的应用,实现了电源的数字触发、输出特性控制、零压扫频起动等功能。
ISP-PLDs ,which logic function can be modified and rebuilt in systems ,are developed in the end of twenty-eighties.The principle,characteristics as well as developing method and procedure of ISP-PLDs are introduced in this paper.Medium-frequency power supplies are widely used in metal refining,forge heating,surface heat-treating,welding and brazing.Thristor controlled medium-frequency power supplies have become very popular because of its small size,light weight ,high efficiency,low noise and easy operation or maintenance.The thristor controlled medium-frequency power supply,which control circuit is based on ISP-PLD,is developed.
