复方天麻蜜环糖肽片联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

目的:探讨复方天麻蜜环糖肽片(瑙珍)联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。两组均使用氟桂利嗪为基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加上复方天麻蜜环糖肽片,疗程为1个月,疗程结束后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率75%,差异有统计学意义(p【0.01)。结论:复方天麻蜜环糖肽片联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效显著。

Objective:To study the compound gastrodia elata dense ring of sugar peptide(Nao Jane) joint fluorine GuiLi diazoxide the clinical curative effect of migraine.Methods:80 patients with migraine patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group in 40 cases 40 cases.Both groups use fluorine GuiLi diazoxide as the foundation treatment,the treatment group based on this compound gastrodia elata and dense ring sugar peptide piece,treatment for a month,after the course evaluation results.Results:The total effective rate was 95% in treatment group and control group total effectiveness 75%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:Compound gastrodia elata dense ring joint fluorine of sugar peptide GuiLi diazoxide for migraines curative effect is distinct.
