调节性内斜视的临床观察

Clinical observation of amblyopic treatment in accommodative esotropia

目的:观察调节性内斜视的治疗特点及临床变化。方法:对调节性内斜视患者125例进行戴镜及弱视治疗,观察其眼位、屈光度、立体视的变化,并进行分析。结果:125例患者中,戴镜前弱视125例,125例在配戴全矫眼镜后内斜视消失,经过戴镜及综合弱视训练,弱视基本治愈101例,好转20例,4例无效,基本治愈率88.97%。结论:让患者坚持进行弱视综合治疗和佩戴眼镜治疗,此方法可有效改善患者的情况。

Objective:To study the clinical feature of refractive accommodative esotropia,the therapeutic result of amblypia and the change of refraction.Methods:125 patients with accommodative esotropia observed.The influencing factors of curative effect such as refraction,stereoscopic vision and degree of amblypia before treatment were synthetically analyzed.Results:125patients were diagnosed amblyopia,123patients regained normal eye position after completed glasses correction.Conclusion:It is important to wearing corrective glasses and comprehensive amblyopia training choronically as soon as early.
