医院真菌感染分布和耐药情况分析

摘要 目的:探讨医院真菌感染分布及耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供实验室依据。方法:采用回顾性分析,用科玛嘉显色培养基和真菌M-H培养皿进行菌种鉴定,Rosco纸片扩散法进行药敏实验。结果:2009年1月至12月我院分离出281株酵母样真菌,检测率依次是白色假丝酵母菌185株(65.84%)、光滑假丝酵母菌55株(19.57%)、克柔假丝酵母菌19株(6.76%)、热带假丝酵母菌13株(4.63%)、其它9株(3.20%);标本分布情况依次是痰及咽拭子165(58.72)、分泌物54(19.22)、尿液23(8.19)、粪便17(6.05)、血液2(0.71)、其它20(7.11);药物耐药情况是:各类真菌对特比萘芬耐药率最高、对两性霉素B耐药性都低。结论:临床微生物实验室必须重视真菌的培养鉴定和药敏试验,以指导临床合理用药,以达到早期诊断和及时治疗。 Objective:Discuss the hospital fungal infections distribution and drug resistance,for clinical rational drug use providing laboratory basis.Method:A retrospective analysis,with secco manasseh jia colour-display medium and fungi M - H petri dishes are strains identified,Rosco disc diffusion method on antimicrobial susceptibility test.Results:January 2009 to ecember tifert 281 strains isolated yeast sample fungus,detection rates in turn is white candida mycoderma 185 strains (65.84%),smooth candida mycoderma 55 strains (19.57%),gram soft candida mycoderma 6.76%),19 strains (tropical candida mycoderma 13 strains (4.63%),other nine strains (3.20%);Specimen distribution in turn is phlegmy and throat swabs 165 (58.72) and secretion of 54 (19.22),urine,feces 8.19) 23 (17 (6.05),blood 2 (0.71),other 20 (7.11);Drug resistance situation is:all kinds of fungi to tubby naphthalene Finn resistant to the highest,sexes amphotericin B resistance are low.Conclusion:Clinical microbiology laboratory must attach importance to the cultivation of identification and fungi susceptibility test,in order to guide clinical rational drug use,in order to achieve early diagnosis and prompt treatment.
