Ghrelin与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过比较正常孕妇及妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇外周血Ghrelin水平及其与血压的关系,探讨Ghrelin与妊娠期高血压疾病的相关性。方法:将44例经正规产前检查并分娩的妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇作为观察组,44例正常分娩孕妇作为对照组,比较两组孕妇的外周血Ghrelin水平及其与血压的关系。结果:观察组Ghrelin水平明显高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P【0.05);观察组Ghrelin水平与收缩压及舒张压均呈负相关(P【0.05),对照组Ghrelin水平与收缩压及舒张压亦呈负相关(P【0.05)。结论:Ghrelin与妊娠期高血压疾病存在相关性。
