目的:观察患者精神因素对上消化道疾病的影响在男女中的差别。方法:对我院门诊胃镜检查病人进行随机调查,统计分析。结果:女性上消化道疾病病人具有不良情绪诱因明显多于男性,差异具有统计学意义(p【0.01)。结论:大多数女性病人的上消化道疾病与精神因素关系密切,在这类女性病人中,对是否常规进行心理干预以及采取抗焦虑、抑郁药物治疗进行探讨。

Objective:To observe the spirit of the factors for upper gastrointestinal disease affecting the difference between men and women.Methods:Random survey of hospital outpatient gastroscopy patients,statistical analysis.Results:Female patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases incentive for negative emotions are significantly more than men and have statistically significant difference(p<0.01).Conclusion:The majority of female patients of upper gastrointestinal diseases and mental factors are closely related to the type of female patients,whether conventional psychological intervention and taking anti-anxiety,depression and drug treatment to explore.
