目的:探讨外科手术中HIV/AIDS病毒医源性感染的预防与控制措施,降低医源性感染率。方法:分析2005-2008年13例HIV/AIDS感染者外科手术治疗中的医院感染预防与控制的防护措施。结果:手术操作的医护人员HIV/AIDS职业暴露的发生率为0,HIV医源性感染率为0。结论:遵循标准性预防原则,自觉落实预防医院感染的各项消毒隔离和防护措施,是减少医源性感染HIV的有效方法。

Objective:Review and analyze the prevention and control measures against iatrogenic infection of HIV during surgery.Identify effective measures to reduce the iatrogenic infection rate.Methods:Reviewed and analyzed the prevention and control measures taken on 13 cases of surgery performed on patients carrying HIV/AIDS between 2005 and 2008.Results:The occupational exposure rate of healthcare professionals involved in the surgical procedures of HIV/AIDS patients is 0.The iatrogenic infection rate of HIV during surgery is.Conclusion:An effective way of reducing iatrogenic infection of HIV is to strictly follow the standard precautionary principles and implement all the preventative measures such as sterilization and isolation.
