The obstetric management experience of 300 cases subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section

目的:探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠产科处理的可能性与安全性。方法:对300例剖宫产术后再次妊娠的产科处理情况进行了回顾性分析。结果:剖宫术后再次妊娠经阴道试产的总成功率为90%。结论:剖宫产术后再次妊娠的孕妇在严格掌握适应症的情况下经阴道试产是可行的,安全性高,有利于降低剖宫产率。

Objective:To explore the possibility and safety about obstetric handling to subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods:The date about obstetric treatment of 300 cases subsequent pregnant women after cesarean section were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results:The total success rate about trial of labor in subsequent pregnant women after cesarean section was 90%.Conclusion:It is feasible that pregnant women with subsequent pregnancy after cesarean section select production through vagina in the case of strictly indications.And the safety is high.It helps reduce the rate of cesarean section.
