新生儿静脉留置针针眼大合并感染的原因和对策

在新生儿科护理工作中,静脉留置针针眼大引起针眼处会有红肿、白色脓点,并使穿刺处愈合时间长,而易造成感染几率大。笔者根据临床护理经验总结分析出具体原因,并针对原因采取相应对策,对提高护理质量,减少院内感染有明显效果。

In the process of neonatus nursing,the big pinprick of venous indwelling needle causes and white pus,which makes the time of cicatrization longer and is easy to cause infection in the hospital.The author analyzes and summarizes the specific reason according to the clinical nursing experience,and put forward corresponding measures for the reason.It is obvious to improve quality of care and reduce the infection in the hospital.
