预防医学生基层就业问卷分析

PREVENT UNDERGRADUATE MEDICAL STUDENTS’PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT INTENTION AND CAUSES ANALYSIS

目的:了解西部某医学院校预防医学生基层就业意向及激励措施。方法:运用问卷调查,调查医学生就业意向及激励措施并作统计学分析。结果:大部分医学生由于对基层医疗机构不了解对基层就业持消极态度,但不完全排斥。结论:需政府、高校等多部门协作采取措施,引导医学生到基层就业。

Objective:To know its primary employment intention of undergraduate medical students in Western medical school and try to find the causes of hard to guide medical students to work in primary.Methods:Using self-made question-naire,we took cluster sampling investigation and statistic analysis to investigate medical students’employment intention.Results:Most of undergraduate medical students weren’t eager to work in primary care organizations because they didn’t know them enough.Conclusion:Government,universities and others should take multi-strategies to guide medical students to primary.
