药师参与20例难治性感染患者的临床用药疗效观察

Pharmacist involvement in 20 cases of refractory infections in patients with clinical curative effect observation

目的:为了规范临床用药,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者的临床疗效。方法:通过收集分析2009年1月-2011年1月在我院进行治疗的并由临床药师参与治疗的20例难治性感染患者的临床资料,统计此组患者的临床疗效。结果:本文所观察的20例难治性感染患者经过临床合理用药后,所有患者均康复出院。结论:在治疗临床难治性感染患者中,临床药师合理使用抗菌药物,可以有效减少细菌耐药性和医药资源的浪费,促进临床的合理用药,体现药师参与临床药物治疗的价值。

Objective:To standardize clinical medicine,to alleviate the suffering of patients,improve the clinical outcome of patients.Methods:By collecting analysis of 2009January-2011January in our hospital were treated by clinical pharmacists participating in treatment of 20 cases of refractory infections in patients with the clinical data,statistics,this group of patients with clinical efficacy.Results:The observation of 20 cases of refractory infections in patients after clinical rational use of drugs,all patients were recovered.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of refractory infection patients,clinical pharmacists in rational use of antibacterials,can effectively reduce the bacterial resistance and the waste of medical resources,promote clinical reasonable medication,embody the value of pharmacists’ participation in clinical drug therapy.
