剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化临床分析

Clinical analysis of changes of the cesarean section rate and cesarean section indication

目的探讨剖宫产率变化趋势及指征的变化,寻求降低剖宫产率的措施。方法对我院2006年-2010年间剖宫产病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产率逐年上升,剖宫产指征发生变化。结论社会因素是引起剖宫产率上升的主要原因;开展产前教育,加强孕期保健,提高助产术,严格剖宫产指征,可以适当降低剖宫产率。

Objective To investigate the variation trend of the cesarean section rate and changes of cesarean section indication and look for the means to decrease the cesarean section rate.Methods The clinical data of the cases of cesarean section were retrospectively studied from 2006 to 2010.Results The rate of cesarean section increased year by year.The indications of cesarean section changed.Conclusion The social actor was the main reason of rising cesarean section rate.We can carry out prenatal education and strengthen health care during pregnancy and improve midwifery and strict indications for cesarean section.These methods may be appropriate to reduce the rate of cesarean section.
