人性化护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者康复中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of rehabilitation effect of humanistic care in of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture

目的探讨人性化护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者康复中的应用效果。方法将我院84例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者平均分为干预组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予人性化护理干预,观察两组患者的康复效果。结果经人性化护理后,干预组患者康复优良率为95.2%,显著高于对照组的81.0%,康复优良率组间差异有统计学意义(P【0.05)。结论对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施有效的人性化护理,能够加快骨折愈合速度,减少并发症,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of humanistic care in the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 84 cases of intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,the control group adopted conventional care,the intervention group on the basis of giving humanistic nursing intervention,observed rehabilitati effect of patients in two groups.Results By humanistic nursing care,patients in the intervention group the excellent and good rate of rehabilitation was 95.2%,significantly higher than that of control group 81%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective humanistic nursing to elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients can accelerate the fracture healing rate,decrease the complications,improve the rehabilitation.
