摘要
目的探讨肾癌患者肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及环氧合酶2(COX-2)的表达水平及其临床意义。方法收集50例肾癌患者术后癌组织及20例肾良性病变手术后的肾组织(均经术后病理及影像学等检查确定),并按相应步骤进行切片,分别采用免疫组织化学PV6000两步法测定肾肿瘤组织中两种肿瘤标记物的表达水平,并进行统计学分析。结果肾癌患者肿瘤组织中的MMP-9及COX-2水平均较良性对照组染色明显(P【0.05)。其中肾癌组MMP-9的阳性率为86%,而COX-2在肾癌组中的阳性率为82%,二者表达水平明显呈正相关(r=0.039,P【0.05)。结论肾癌组织中MMP-9及COX-2都存在着过度表达,且二者均随肿瘤病理分级的增高而表达进一步强烈,证明二者在肾癌的发生、发展。
Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and matrixmetallo-proteinase-9(MMP-9) in renal cancer.Methods The renal tumor tissues of 50 renal tumor patients and 20 patients with renal benign pathological changes were collected(confirmed by pathology and image).The tissue was made to a section,and then immunohistochemical PV6000 was performed to determine the expression level of two tumor markers,and statistical analysis was performed.Results The expression level of MMP-9 and COX-2 in renal tumor tissue is significant difference than in benign pathological changes(P<0.05).The postive rate of MMP-9 in renal tumor group was 82%,and the rate of COX-2 was 82%.There is positive correlaton between them(r=0.039,P<0.05).Conclusion There is excessive expression of MMP-9 and COX-2 in renal tumor tissue.There is further expression with the staging increasing.It prove that the two markers play an important role in occurance,development,infitation and transfer of renal cancer.
