颅脑外伤术中恶性脑膨出的处理

目的颅脑外伤术中恶性脑膨出的原因及防治措施。方法回顾分析58例脑外伤开颅减压术中出现恶性脑膨出病例,总结其形成原因、防治措施及疗效。结果迟发性颅内血肿、急性脑肿胀、脑组织缺血缺氧、外伤性大面积脑梗塞等是术中急性脑膨出的主要原因。结论正确认识脑外伤开颅减压术中出现恶性脑膨出的原因,对各种原因所致术中急性脑膨出及时采取综合治疗措施可取得较好疗效。

Objective Brain trauma surgery in malignant encephalocele causes and prevention measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 58 cases of traumatic brain injury decompressive craniotomy malignant cases of encephalocele,and summary of its causes,preventive measures and curative effects.Results The results of delayed intracranial hematoma,acute brain swelling,brain tissue ischemia and hypoxia,trauma,massive cerebral infarction and other acute encephalocele surgery.Conclusion Correct understanding of traumatic brain injury decompressive craniotomy malignant encephalocele,intraoperative acute encephalocele comprehensive treatment measures may achieve better efficacy due to various reasons.
