对神经内科住院病人常见的问题实施循证护理的实践

The nerve internal medicine inpatient common problems in the implementation of evidence-based nursing practice

目的研究循证护理在神经内科病人中的实践应用,理论结合实际更好地阐述了其具体的使用方法。方法在2010年-2011年12月期间,选择三个常见症状的研究包括压疮、血栓性静脉炎、中枢性高热三种,在其中的患者中选择具有代表性的进行研究,把常规护理和循证护理进行比较分析,从而证明循证护理在神经内科病人中的实践应用价值。结果实验组患者的疼痛情况和满意程度均明显好于对照组。结论把循证护理方法应用于神经内科住院病人,解决压疮、血栓性静脉炎、中枢性高热等问题,治理效果显而易见,比普通治疗更为有效。

Objective To study the evidence-based nursing in the patient of nerve internal medicine practice application of combining theory with practice,better explains the concrete application method.Methods In 20102011December,three on common symptoms include pressure sores,thrombophlebitis,central high fever of three,in which patients were selected in a representative study,the routine nursing and the evidence-based nursing for comparative analysis,which proves that the evidence-based nursing in the patients of neurology department in practice application value.Results The experimental group patients with pain and satisfaction were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing method is applied to solve the hospitalized patients in Department of Neurology,pressure sores,thrombophlebitis,central high fever and other issues,governance effect obviously,treatment is more effective than the ordinary.
