超早期全方位康复护理在急性脑梗死患者中应用的临床观察

目的观察超早期全方位康复护理在急性梗死患者中应用的临床疗效。方法将60急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组于第7天开始康复护理,观察组在发病24小时内开始康复护理。结果治疗后第14天及28天,观察组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论超早期全方位康复护理对急性脑梗死患者的神经功能恢复具有重要意义,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the ultra-early comprehensive rehabilitation care in the acute infarction clinical efficacy.Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group,the control group in the first seven days of rehabilitation care in the observation group within 24 hours of onset of rehabilitation care.Results 14 days and 28 days after treatment,the neurological function of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Early full range of rehabilitative care to acute cerebral infarction in patients with neurological recovery of great significance,a significant effect.
