洗手对便携式血糖仪测试结果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察便携式血糖仪检测前洗手是否影响测试结果。方法 121名健康受试者,按照随机数字表分为洗手组(62例,按照要求用肥皂洗手,晾干后按照测指端血糖的要求,再用酒精擦拭无名指端)、未洗手组(59例,只是酒精擦拭无名指端)。未洗手组确认22例在测试前1h内接触过水果,37例否认接触水果。年龄在32-35岁,否认有糖尿病史。使用罗氏(Roche)罗康全卓越型血糖仪(ACCU-CHEKPerforma)测试空腹血糖,部分与静脉血糖对照。分析洗手对检测结果的影响。结果未洗手组测试值是6.13±2.27mmol/L。洗手组62例,检测结果是5.24±0.93mmol/L,低于未洗手组(P【0.01)。其中检测前1h接触过水果者测试值是7.96±2.13mmol/L,而没有接触水果组为5.04±1.56mmol/L。接触水果组测量结果高于没有接触水果组(P【0.05)。洗手组异常率是3.23%。而未洗手组异常率是16.95%(P【0.05)。结论没有洗手组末梢血糖结果高于洗手组,异常率高于洗手组。手指沾了水果可以导致血糖检测值高于实际值。
