深部热疗在肿瘤放疗中的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨深部热疗在肿瘤放疗中的治疗效果。方法将我院自2007年11月至2011年2月间收治的121例肿瘤患者进行分组治疗,对照组60例患者单纯采用放射治疗,而观察组61例患者跟进深部热疗。结果观察组疗效为完全缓解(CR)和部分缓解(PR)的患者占49.18%,而对照组疗效为完全缓解(CR)和部分缓解(PR)的患者占23.33%,观察组的总体有效率显著高于对照组(P【0.05)。结论深部热疗配合放疗显著优于单一放疗,并能够显著提高对肿瘤的治疗效果。 Objective To explore the deep hyperthermia in tumor radiotherapy in the treatment effect. Methods In our hospital from 2007November to2011February,121 cases of patients with tumor of group therapy,the control group of 60 cases patients with herpes using radiation therapy,while the observation group 61 cases follow deep hyperthermia. Results The curative effect of therapeutic group for complete remission ( CR and partial remission ( PR) patients accounted for49. 18% ,while the control group treatment for complete remission ( CR) and partial remission ( PR) patients accounted for23. 33% ,the overall efficiency of the observation group were higher than those in control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Deep hyperthermia combined with radiotherapy was superior to single radiotherapy,and can significantly improve the treatment effect of tumor.
