土霉素、冰片、珍珠末联合外敷治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的临床观察

目的探讨土霉素、冰片、珍珠末混合外敷治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮的临床效果、疗程(平均治愈时间)及费用。方法随机选择Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮病人60例,治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用土霉素、冰片、珍珠末以2:1:1的混合粉剂外敷,对照组使用0.1%的利凡诺溶液湿敷。对15天、25天、35天观察的疗效、疗程及费用进行统计学处理。结果治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组,疗程明显缩短,所需的费用明显降低,三者有显著的统计学意义(P【0.05),而两组患者在年龄、性别、压疮部位及创面大小等方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P】0.05)。结论土霉素、冰片、珍珠末混合外敷治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮,操作简单、安全、治疗效果好、疗程短、价格低廉。

Objective To investigate the oxytetracycline,borneol,pearl powder mixture treatingⅢ,Ⅳstage decubitusulcer clinical effect,course of treatment ( mean cure time and costs) . Methods Random selection ofⅢ,Ⅳstage pressure sore patients 60 cases,30 cases in treatment group,30 cases in the control group. Treatment group were treated with oxytetracycline,borneol,pearl powder,2: 1: 1powder mixture for external application,control group using 0. 1% rivanol wet solution. Conclusion Oxytetracycline,borneol,pearl powder mixture in treatingⅢ,Ⅳstage pressure sore,simple operation,safety,good therapeutic effect,short period of treatment,low price.
