捏脊治疗脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症56例疗效观察

目的对捏脊治疗脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症效果进行分析和研究,探讨其优势和不足,总结经验,以更好地指导脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症的治疗。方法随机选择我院近5年的112名脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症患者,平均分成A、B两组,A组为治疗组,采用捏脊方法进行治疗;B组为对照组,采用传统的西药治疗方法,将两组患者治疗后的效果进行比较研究,并加以总结。结果 A组患者治疗后,恢复效果好于B组患者,有效率高于B组患者。结论采用捏脊方法治疗脾胃气虚型小儿厌食症,疗效较好,患者经过治疗后,进食量和体重明显增加,有效率较高,具有较高的临床使用价值和推广价值。

Objective Chiropractic spleen and stomach Qi infantile anorexia effect analysis and research,to explore its strengths and weaknesses,sum up experience,in order to better guide the clinical treatment of the spleen and stomach Qi infantile anorexia. Methods Randomly selected hospital in the past five years,112 patients with spleen and stomach Qi infantile anorexia,were divided into two groups ( A,B) ,group A for the treatment group,using the method of chiropractic treatment; group B for the control group,using the traditional western medicine treatment,after treatment,the effect of comparative analysis and summary. Results Patients in group A after treatment,recovery was better than group B patients,more efficient than group B patients. Conclusion Using the method of chiropractic treatment of spleen qi deficiency infantile anorexia,effective,patient after treatment,food intake and body weight increased significantly,higher efficiency,with higher clinical value and promotional value.
