探讨程序化管理在新生儿重症监护室护理工作中的应用

目的研究分析应用程序化管理模式对新生儿重症监护室的护理工作进行管理的效果。方法抽取82例新生儿重症监护室患儿病例,将其分为对照组和管理组,平均每组41例。对照组采用常规护理管理模式;管理组采用程序化护理管理模式。结果管理组患儿的救治成功率和家长对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组;患儿留室救治时间明显短于对照组;护理纠纷的发生率明显低于对照组。结论应用程序化管理模式对新生儿重症监护室的护理工作进行管理的效果非常明显。

Objective Application management model on neonatal ICU nursing management effect analysis. Methods 82 cases of extraction NICU children case, will be divided into the control group and the control group with 41 cases in each group,the average. The control group received routine nursing management mode; management group with procedural nursing management mode. Results The management group with treatment success rate and parental satisfaction with nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group; patients chamber treatment time was significantly shorter than that in the control group; nursing dispute was lower than that of control group. Conclusion The application of management model of neonatal ICU nursing management effect is apparent.
