清开灵口服液治疗小儿手足口病69例临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the therapeutic effect of 69 cases of Infantile Hand Foot Mouth Disease with Qingkailing Oral Tonic

目的探讨清开灵口服液治疗小儿手足口病的应用前景。方法对我院收治的69例手足口病患儿随机分为两组,对照组采用单纯的抗病毒西药进行治疗,治疗组采用清热解毒类代表性药物清开灵口服液结合抗病毒西药治疗,观察两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果治疗组在高烧消退时间、呼吸道并发症改善时间、治愈平均时间等方面明显优于对照组,并且治疗组患儿在治疗期间嗜睡无力、烦躁、易惊等症状明显少于对照组。结论清热解毒类代表药清开灵口服液在治疗小儿手足口病方面有广阔的运用前景,为挖掘中医药的潜能提供了可靠的参考。

Objective To discussthe prospective use of Qingkailing Oral Tonic for infantile hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods69 casesof children with handfoot mouth disease ( HFMD) were divided randomly into two groups. The control group was treated with antiviral drugs,while the treatment group was treated with the combination of antiviral drugs and Qingkailing Oral Tonic ( a typical kind of clearing heat and removing toxicity medicine) . The clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the time of abating fever,improving respiratory complications and healing in the treatment group was shortened significantly. Besides,the patients of the treatment group had less symptoms like lethargy,dysphoria,frightened easily,etc. Conclusion Qingkailing Oral Tonic has a wide prospect in treatment of HFMD,which provides reliable reference for the development of traditional chinese medicine.
