长白县边境居民健康状况观察研究

目的通过对长白县边境居民健康状况调查,掌握朝鲜核辐射后对边境居民健康状况的影响,评价其健康状况,为防范可能发生的核泄漏事件做好准备。方法检测居民的淋巴细胞微核、血常规、免疫球蛋白及补体C3、眼晶状体。结果居民淋巴细胞微核率为0.46%;白细胞总数异常32人,占10.26%;红细胞总数异常21人,占6.73%;血小板总数异常16人,占5.13%;血红蛋白异常70人,占22.44%;IgG异常24人,占7.69%;IgM异常1人,占0.32%;IgA异常9人,占2.88%;补体C3异常12人,占3.85%;补体C;4异常9人,占2.88%。晶状体未见异常。

IgM exception 1,0. 32% . Abnormal IgA 9,2. 88% . complement C3 anomaly 12,3. 85% ,complement C4 exception 9,2. 88% . Lens no exception. Conclusion Changbai County residents ’ health and of nuclear radiation is not directly related.
