中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Integrative clinical observation of early diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨中西医结合对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗效果,以更好的指导治疗。方法选择本社区卫生服务站近3年内早期糖尿病肾病患者75例,随机分成A、B两组,A组30例患者为对照组,采用格列齐特片进行治疗;B组45例患者为治疗组,在A组基础上,加补肝益肾通络汤进行治疗,将两组疗效进行对比分析。结果经治疗,B组患者肾小球滤过率、尿蛋白总量、尿蛋白排除量低于对照组,治疗效果较好,有效率较高。结论中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病,能够有效缓解患者病症,改善患者病情,具有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective Integrative Medicine investigate the efficacy of the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,in order to better guide clinical treatment.Methods Randomly selected 75 cases of early diabetic nephropathy in the past four years the Centre is divided into two groups ( A,B) A group of 30 patients in the control group,the use of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors for treatment; Group B 45 patients for the treatment group,on the basis of group A,plus nourishing liver and kidney meridians soup treatment,the two groups were analyzed. Results Treatment,Group B patients with glomerular filtration rate,total urinary protein,urinary protein excretion than the control group,the treatment is effective,efficient. Conclusion Integrative treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,can effectively relieve the illness of patients,to improve the patient’s condition,with a high clinical value.
