摘要
目的对应用临床护理路径对患有膀胱癌的患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取84例膀胱癌患者病例,将其分为对照组和干预组,平均每组42例。对照组患者在治疗过程中进行常规护理;干预组患者在治疗过程中应用临床护理路径进行护理。结果干预组患者治疗成功率明显高于对照组;围手术期内出现并发症的人数明显少于对照组;住院治疗时间明显短于对照组;相关知识了解程度明显优于对照组;住院治疗所需总费用明显低于对照组。结论应用临床护理路径对患有膀胱癌的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To the application of clinical nursing path in patients suffering from bladder cancer treatment clinical effect analysis.Methods Selected 84 cases of patients with bladder cancer cases,be divided into intervention group and control group with 42 cases in each group,the average.Patients in the control group during treatment in routine care;patients in the intervention group during treatment in the application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing.Results The patients in the intervention group treatment success rate was significantly higher than that of control group;peri operation period the number of complications were less than that of the control group;the time of hospitalization was significantly shorter than that in control group;related knowledge was better than the control group;the total cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion The application of clinical nursing path in patients suffering from bladder cancer treatment clinical effect is very obvious.
