妇产专科医院医生应该加强对妊娠合并视网膜脱离的认识

目的加深妇产专科医院医生对妊娠期合并视网膜脱离的认识,减少产妇的致盲率。方法对1889例高危孕妇(包括糖尿病,高血压,高龄者)进行常规高频超声扫查双侧眼球。结果 2778只眼球中查出3只眼球有不同程度的视网膜脱离,占1.1%,不可忽视。结论①加强妇产科及超声科医师对该病的认识。②不主张每个孕妇进行常规超声检查双眼。③但对高危人群,如高度近视、糖尿病、高血压等应常规检查双眼,并随访。④若医院条件确实不够的情况下,应该密切观察病人临床症状,如已经出现视力下降、黑影征、飞蚊征等等这些眼部不适或异常表现者应立即建议其到眼科作详细检查。⑤如果已经确诊为视网膜脱离,应立即请眼科医生会诊,综合各方面情况,对继续妊娠或终止妊娠给病人提出合理的建议。

Objective To deepen the specialist maternity hospital doctors on pregnancy complicated with retinal detachment,reduce maternal blinding rate.Methods 1889 cases of high risk pregnant women(including diabetes,hypertension,the elderly) and conventional high frequency ultrasound scanning in bilateral eye.Results 2778 eyes out in 3 eyes with different levels of retinal detachment,accounted for 0.11,can not be ignored.Conclusion 1.strengthen the obstetrics and Gynecology Department of ultrasound doctors and awareness of the disease.2.do not advocate each pregnant women undergoing routine ultrasound examination.3.In but for high-risk populations,such as myopia,diabetes,hypertension should be routine examination of eyes,and follow-up.4.if the conditions in the hospital is under the condition of insufficient,should closely observe the patient’s clinical symptoms,such as has been decreased visual acuity,shadow syndrome,floaters syndrome etc.these ocular discomfort or abnormal performance should be immediately suggest its to the Department of ophthalmology for detailed inspection.5,if you have been diagnosed with retinal detachment,shall immediately request the Department of Ophthalmology doctors consultation,integrated each respect circumstance,to continue a pregnancy or termination of pregnancy to the patient and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
