电子阴道镜检查对宫颈病变的诊断价值

The diagnostic value of electronic colposcopy for cervical lesions

目的探讨电子阴道镜在诊断宫颈病变方面的临床价值。方法选择我院2010年1月-2012年1月使用电子阴道镜检查的180例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 180例患者病理组织学检查确诊为CIN42例,慢性炎症128例,宫颈湿疣2例,宫颈癌8例。电子阴道镜检查42例CIN中诊断正确36例,诊断符合率85.71%;128例慢性炎症中诊断正确70例,诊断符合率54.69%;2例宫颈湿疣全部诊断正确,诊断符合率100.0%;8例宫颈癌中诊断正确6例,诊断符合率75.0%。结论电子阴道镜对宫颈疾病的诊断符合率较高,在宫颈疾病的筛查上具有重要价值,结合病理组织活检可提高诊断率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of electronic colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Methods The clinical data of our hospital from January 2010-January 2012 the use of electronic colposcopy examination of 180 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results 42 cases of 180 patients with histological examination confirmed CIN,128 cases of chronic inflammation,2 cases of cervical condyloma,8 cases of cervical cancer.Electronic colposcopy diagnostic accuracy of 36 cases in 42 cases of CIN,the diagnosis rate of 85.71%;correctly diagnosed 70 cases of 128 cases of chronic inflammation,the diagnosis rate of 54.69%;2 cases of cervical condyloma all the correct diagnosis,the diagnosis rate of 100.0%;8 cases of cervical cancer in the diagnostic accuracy of 6 cases,the diagnosis rate of 75.0%.Conclusion Electronic colposcopy diagnosis of cervical disease in line with a higher rate,an important value in the screening of cervical disease,combined with pathological biopsy can improve the diagnostic rate.
