云南省某省级医院2008-2010年住院儿童病例分析

Cases Analysis of Hospitalized Children from a Certain Provincial Hospital of Yunnan Province during 2008-2010

目的了解云南省某省级医院儿科住院患儿疾病谱变化,以及患儿年龄、性别、民族分布、入院情况及治疗效果分布情况。方法对2008-2010年该医院2945例儿科住院患儿进行回顾性统计分析。结果 2008年-2010年该医院儿科住院患儿人数呈现逐年上升;从住院患者的疾病谱来看,近三年患儿疾病占据前五位为呼吸系统疾病、神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病、血液系统疾病和其他疾病,占总住院病例的94.7%;住院患儿男性多于女性,0-1岁之间的患儿最多,主要以汉族、白族和彝族患儿居多。结论进一步加强儿童疾病的防控和保健工作,特别是对前五位疾病的防治工作,以期提高患儿健康水平和生命质量。

Objective To learned the changes of disease spectrum,age,gender,ethnic distribution,hospitalizations and the distribution of therapeutic efficacy of hospitalized children from paediatrics of a certain provincial hospital of Yunnan province.Methods 2945 cases of hospitalized children in pediatrics during 2008-2010 were analysed by retrospective statistical technique.Results The number of hospitalized children was increased year by year.Respiratory diseases,nervous system diseases,digestive system diseases,hematological disorders and others were in the top five diseases of hospitalized children from the perspective of disease spectrum.It accounted for about 94.7%of total medical records.There are more males than females in the hospitalized children and aged at 0 to 1 year were at most.The hospitalized children from Han,Bai and Yi nationalities were more than others.Conclusion Our object is to further enhance the job about prevention,control and health care of childhood diseases especially for the the top five diseases in order to improve the general level of the health and the quality of life.
