营口地区2011年入托、入学接种证查验情况分析

目的了解营口地区儿童预防接种证查验工作现状。方法按照统一方案对营口地区2011年入托入学儿童预防接种证进行查验。结果营口地区托幼机构和学校查验率、登记率100%,入托入学儿童预防接种证持证率83.12%。疫苗漏种程度从高到底依次为乙脑疫苗、流脑疫苗、麻疹疫苗、百白破疫苗、脊灰疫苗、乙肝、卡介苗。各(市)区入托入学儿童持证率、疫苗补种率有差异。结论多部门合作促进入托入学儿童预防接种证查验和补种(补证)工作,减少可预防传染病在学校和托幼机构的暴发流行,保护儿童的身体健康。

Objective To study the present situation of examination of immunization certificate of children and EPL.Methods Exam immunization certificate of children in kindergarten and school according the unified programme in 2011.Results Both the rate of examination and registration of immunization certificate were 100%.The rate of possessing immunization certificate of children in kindergarten and school was 83.12%.The vaccination missing immunization from higher to lower degree in order were JEV,EMV,MV,DPT,OPV,HBV,BCG.The rate of possessing immunization certificate and re-inoculation were significant difference between the district.Conclusion It was suggested that a variety of measures school be taken to promote the examination of immunization certificate of children and EPL.
