目的探讨儿童早期综合发展工作在区级妇幼保健机构的设置,建立适合区镇两级的新型儿童保健服务模式。方法在区妇幼保健院内部建立儿童早期综合发展学科,中心化管理,动态监测运行效果。结果树立从保健视角出发的思维和服务模式;确定了基本服务项目和核心技术;建立了转诊网络、分级服务的系统。结论区级妇幼保健机构开展儿童早期综合发展服务可行,对促进区域儿童健康发展具有重要意义。

Objective To explore Integrated Early Childhood Development work in District-level maternal and children health care organizations and establish a new children health care mode for both District and Township levels.Methods Set up an Integrated Early Childhood Development discipline within the District maternal and children care hospital and centralize the discipline’s management and dynamically monitor its operational effectiveness.Results Establish modes of thinking and services focused on health care,ascertain the basic service and core technologies,establish a referral network and a multilevel service system.Conclusions It’s feasible for the District-level maternal and children care organizations to provide Integrated Early Childhood Development services and this is of great significance for the healthy development of children
