宫腔填塞纱条术在剖宫产术中大出血的止血效果分析

Intrauterine gauze packing operation on massive hemorrhage in cesarean section in the hemostatic effect analysis

目的探讨宫腔填塞纱条术在剖宫产术中大出血的止血效果。方法本次实验以我院2010年1月至2011年1月所收治的40例剖宫产术中大出血患者为实验对象,所有患者均接受宫腔填塞纱条进行止血治疗,回顾性分析患者的止血治疗效果。结果患者经过宫腔填塞纱条术治疗后,38例患者在治疗1h后出血症状得到有效控制,止血成功率为95%,且发热症状得到有效控制,治疗效果较为理想。结论本次临床实验结果表明,宫腔填塞纱条术用于剖宫产术中大出血,具有继续出血量少、止血效果好、速度快、操作简单等显著的优势,因而是一种较为理想的临床治疗方法,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of intrauterine gauze packing operation on massive hemorrhage in cesarean section in the hemostatic effect of.Methods This experiment to our hospital from 2010 January to 2011 January treated 40 cases of hemorrhage during cesarean section patients as the experimental object,all the patients were treated with uterine packing gauze for hemostasis in patients,a retrospective analysis of patients with hemostatic treatment effect.Results The patients after surgical treatment of intrauterine packing with gauze,in 38 consecutive patients treated with 1h after the bleeding symptoms were controlled,hemostasis success rate was 95%,and fever symptoms were controlled,the treatment effect is ideal.Conclusion The clinical experimental results show,intrauterine gauze packing operation for massive hemorrhage during cesarean section,to less bleeding,good hemostatic effect,fast speed,simple operation and other significant advantages,so it is an ideal treatment method,clinical application value is high.
