无痛人流术后闭经的心理护理与健康教育

目的明确无痛人流术后闭经的原因,探析心理护理和健康教育对无痛人流术后闭经患者的护理效果。方法对我院在2010年2月到2012年1月期间诊治的无痛人流术后引起闭经的患者87例的临床资料回顾性分析,分析总结引起闭经的主要因素,对患者进行心理护理及健康教育的效果评估及其临床疗效综合分析。结果无痛人流术后闭经发生的影响因素主要有心理和环境、手术引起的子宫内膜破坏、术后感染以及慢性生殖系统感染等,在经过心理护理和健康教育的患者,在术后出现闭经等并发症较少。结论对临床资料的分析可知,术后闭经的因素有很多,如果在治疗过程中进行心理护理和健康教育,不仅可以明显的减少术后的并发症的发生,同时也可以避免术后闭经情况的出现。

Objective A clear painless postoperative amenorrhea,Analysis of psychological care and health education in patients with painless postoperative amenorrhea care effect.Methods A hospital in February 2010 to January 2012 for treatment painless postoperative cause amenorrhea in patients with 87 cases clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,analyze and summarize the main factors to cause amenorrhea,psychological care for patients and a comprehensive analysis of the effect of health education assessment and its clinical efficacy.Results Painless postoperative amenorrhea factors affecting psychological and environmental,surgically induced endometrial damage,postoperative infections,and chronic reproductive tract infections,psychological care and health education of patients,postoperative amenorrhea fewer complications.Conclusion The clinical data analysis shows that the postoperative amenorrhea factors have a lot in the course of treatment for psychological care and health education,not only can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,but also avoids postoperative amenorrhea to appear.
