摘要
目的对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠进行临床观察与分析,进一步探讨剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床诊断和治疗。方法对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠19例的病史、临床表现,诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果超声检查为剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的主要诊断依据,子宫动脉化疗栓塞术治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠恢复快,出血少,值得推广。
Objective Clinical observation and analysis of caesarean scar pregnancy.Then discuss the Clinical diagnosis and treatment of caesarean scar pregnancy.Methods Review the medical history,clinical manifestation,clinical diagnosis and treatment of the 19 caesarean section scar pregnancy cases.Result Ultrasonic testing was the main defining characteristics for caesarean scar pregnancy.Treat cesarean scar pregnancy with Uterine arterial chemoembelization can promote it recover fast and less bleeding.So this treatment was worth promoting.
