血清腺苷脱氨酶在监测慢性肝病进展中的临床意义

The clinical application of serum adenosine deaminase in the monitoring of chronic liver disease

目的探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶在评估慢性肝病进展中的意义。方法观察组为慢性乙型肝炎患者168例,对照组选自社区健康人群,共50例研究对象,分别检测血清ADA、ALT、AST及ALP。结果观察组患者ADA水平显著高于对照组的健康观察对象(P【0.05),ADA随病情进展显著升高,分析ADA与ALT、AST及ALP相关性,ADA与三者显著正相关(P【0.05)。结论 ADA有助于检测慢性肝病的进展及预后。

Objective To investigate the significance of serum adenosine deaminase in the assessment of the progress of chronic liver disease.The observation group had 168 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients while in the control group a total of 50 cases were selected from the community health groups,serum ADA,ALT,AST and ALP were measured.Results ADA level of patients in observation group was significantly higher than the health of observed objects (P<0.05),with the progress of the disease the ADA level was significantly increased,analysing correlation between ADA and ALT,AST and ALP,ADA and the three enzymes had significant positive correlation (P<0.05).Conclusion ADA can help to detect chronic liver disease progression and prognosis.
