LISS钢板治疗股骨远端骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of Less Invasive Stabilization System for Distal Femoral Fracture

目的分析微创内固定系统(1ess invasive stabilization system,LISS)治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效。方法回顾2008-2011年收治、并行LISS治疗的39例股骨远端骨折患者,根据手术情况、骨折愈合情况、并发症发生情况、膝关节功能评分等分析疗效。结果手术情况:平均手术时间93.5min,平均出血量237ml,切口Ⅰ期愈合率97.4%;骨折愈合情况:平均愈合时间8.2个月,X线片观察复位良好,无成角畸形,对线满意,关节内骨折患者关节面恢复平整;膝关节功能评定:优良率94.9%;并发症:1例感染,无内固定物松动或断裂、血管神经损伤、膝内外翻畸形、脂肪栓塞、软组织缺损或骨筋膜室综合症等并发症。结论 LISS具有创伤小,固定好,并发症少,愈合快的优势,可有效恢复膝功能,是治疗股骨远端骨折理想方法。

Objective To analysis the therapeutic effect of less invasive stabilization system (LISS) for distal femoral fracture.Methods 39 patients with distal femoral fractures were treated with LISS,and the effect was assessed according to operation situation,fracture healing status,complications,and knee joint functional evaluation.Results Operation situation:The average operative time was 93.5 minutes,the average intra-operative blood loss was 237 ml,and the first intension heal rate of incisions was 97.4%.Fracture healing status:the average healing time of fracture was 8.2months.X-ray observation shows good reset without angle deformity and the surface of intra-articular was also healed.Knee function evaluation:the effective rate was 94.9%.Complications:No case of complication such as fixator rupture,blood vessels and nerve damage,knee inside and outside turn deformity,fat embolism,soft tissue defection or compartment syndrome complication was found except one case of infection.Conclusion LISS characterized by minimally wound,stable fixation,minor complication and high effect is a perfect method for the distal femoral fracture.
