目的调动病区全体护士参与护理质量管理,减少护理缺陷的发生,提高临床护理质量。方法护士将工作中发现的缺陷及时做好登记工作,上班时及时翻阅,护士长及时总结。结果护士责任心加强,护理质量缺陷明显减少。结论在精神科病房使用护理质量缺陷登记本能显著提高护理质量,减少护理质量缺陷的发生。

Objective To mobilize ward nurses involved in the nursing quality management,reduce the defects of nursing,and improve the quality of clinical nursing.Methods Nurses will be found in the work of defects in a timely manner to register the job,work timely read,nurse seasonable summary.Results Nurses’ sense of responsibility to strengthen the nursing quality deficiency decreased.Conclusion In a psychiatric ward using nursing quality defect registration instinct to significantly improve quality of care,reduce the occurrence of the defect of nursing quality.
