杜仲补天素丸质量标准研究

Studies on quality standard for Duzhongbutiansu Pill

目的对杜仲补天素丸进行质量标准研究。方法采用TLC对杜仲补天素丸中白芍和牡丹皮、淫羊藿、黄芪等药材进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC对杜仲补天素丸中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果在TLC图谱中可检出黄芪、淫羊藿、白芍和牡丹皮等的特征色谱;芍药苷在0.1248-0.6318μg线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.97%,RSD为1.50%(n=6)。结论该方法可行,重复性好,可用于杜仲补天素丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard for Duzhongbutiansu Pill.Methods TLC was used to identify Radix Paeoniae,and Cortex,Herba Epimedii,Radix Astragali;HPLC was applied to determine the content of Paeoniflorin.Results Radix Astragali,Herba Epimedii,Radix Paeoniae,and Cortex could be determined;Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.1248-0.6318 μg,and r=0.9999.The average recovery was 97.97%,RSD 1.50%(n=6).Conclusion The method was simple with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality cont rol of Duzhongbutiansu Pill.
