持续护理质量改进在内分泌科管理中的实践应用分析

目的探讨持续护理质量改进在内分泌科管理中的实践应用。方法选取56例内分泌科患者,将其分为两组。两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,采取相应措施对护理质量进行持续性的改进。结果观察组与对照组患者满意度分别为64.3%和96.4%,两组对比具有显著差异性(p【0.05),有统计学意义。结论持续护理质量改进在内分泌科有很高的临床使用价值,可有效提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the continuous quality improvement in nursing management in Department of Endocrinology practice.Methods 56 cases of patients in Department of Endocrinology,divided into two groups.Two groups of patients were given routine nursing,the patients in the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing,take corresponding measures on nursing quality continuous improvement.Results The observation group and the control group of patients’ satisfaction were 64.3% and 96.4%,with significant difference between two groups(p<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Improving the quality of nurse in Department of endocrinology has very high value for clinical use,which can effectively improve patients’ satisfaction,is worth popularizing.
