血涂片分析在血常规检验中的重要性探析

目的对血涂片镜检血常规进行研究和分析。方法选择我院在2010年10月到2011年10月的住院病人经过化验的400例正常标本,作为观察组,以1000例异常标本作为对照组。对这两组标本进行分析对比。结果在观察组中的400例血涂片检查中,发现有6例异常,假阴性率为1.5%;而在对照组中的1000例血涂片检查中发现473例正常,假阳性率为47.2%。结论对于任何的血液分析检测的结果都需要再进行涂片观察。

Objective Blood smear blood research and analysis.Methods In our hospital in 2010 October to 2011 October of patients hospitalized after tests of 400 normal specimens,as the observation group,1000 cases of abnormal specimens to as control group.This two groups of specimens were analyzed.Results In the observation group in 400 cases of blood smears,found to have abnormal in 6 patients,the false negative rate was 1.5%;while in the control group of 1000 cases of blood smears were found in 473 Cases of normal,false positive rate is 47.2%.Conclusion For any hematology analysis to the detection result to smear observation.
