奥美拉唑与西咪替丁防治胃溃疡复发100例临床观察

Omeprazole and Cimetidine in Prevention and Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Recurrence of Clinical Observation of 100 Cases

目的对奥美拉唑与西咪替丁防治胃溃疡复发的效果进行临床观察。方法选取胃溃疡患者100例,分为四组,每组各25例,即奥美拉唑治疗组,西咪替丁治疗组,奥美拉唑预防组和西咪替丁预防组。对四组治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较奥美拉唑与西咪替丁防治胃溃疡复发的效果。结果奥美拉唑组与西咪替丁组在停药6个月和一年后胃溃疡的复发率分别为:6个月:25.3%与54.5%,一年:32.1%与73.4%,p【0.05,差异显著,具有统计学意义;奥美拉唑预防组与西咪替丁预防组在停药6个月和一年后胃溃疡的复发率分别为:6个月:7.2%与24.5%,一年:10.3%与33.6%,p【0.05,差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论相比西咪替丁,奥美拉唑对胃溃疡的治疗与预防均有较好的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective Omeprazole and cimetidine in prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer recurrence of clinical observation effect.Methods Select 100 patients with gastric ulcer which are treated in our hospital since January 2008,admitted in December 2010 years.They are divided into four groups,each group of 25 cases,they are Omeprazole in the treatment group,Cimetidine in the treatment group,Omeprazole in prevention group and Cimetidine in prevention group.Comparison of omeprazole and cimetidine in prevention and treatment effect of gastric ulcer recurrence through retrospective analysis of clinical data of four groups therapy.Resules:Group of omeprazole and cimetidine groups to stop recurrence of gastric ulcers after 6 months and one year,respectively:25.3% and 54.5% for 6 months,32.1% and 73.4% for 1 year,p<0.05,Significance of difference,statistically.Conclusion Compared with cimetidine,omeprazole in treatment of gastric ulcers and prevention has better results,and clinical promotional.
