60例住院精神病患者攻击行为原因分析及对策

目的分析住院精神病患者发生攻击行为的原因,探讨有效的护理措施,有效降低攻击行为带来的伤害。方法对我院精神科的60例住院精神病患者攻击行为发生的临床资料进行分析,分析其原因,并采取有效护理措施。结果精神病患者发生攻击行为的主要原因有:被害妄想20例,占33.33%,命令性幻听18例,占30%,情绪不稳10例,16.67%,思维紊乱6例,占10%,要求得不到满足4例,占6.67%,药源性反应2例,占3.33%。结论被精神症状所支配,是造成精神病患者攻击行为产生的主要因素,及时识别发生攻击行为的先兆和及时控制冲动的行为的发生,采取合理的护理措施,能够有效预防并降低攻击行为带来的伤害。

Objective Analysis of hospitalized psychiatric patients in case of attack behavior causes,to explore the effective nursing measures,reduce the harm of aggressive behavior.Methods Mental Department of our hospital 60 cases of aggressive behavior of psychotic inpatients with occurrence of clinical data analysis,analysis of its causes,and to take effective nursing measures.Results TheResults of psychiatric patients with aggressive behaviors is the main reason:delusion of persecution in 20 cases,accounting for 33.33%,imperative auditory hallucination in 18 cases,accounting for 30%,emotional instability in 10 cases,16.67%,thought disorder in 6 cases,accounting for 10%,the requirements are not met in 4 cases,accounting for 6.67%,2 cases of drug-induced reactions,accounted for 3.33%.Conclusion The spirit symptom control,is a cause of psychosis patients with aggressive behaviors of the main factors,timely recognition of the aggressive behaviors of aura and timely control of impulsive behavior,to take reasonable care measures,can effectively prevent and reduce damage from the attack behavior.
